Indiana ENA General Assembly Delegate Application 

Applications are available through May 31, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. EST (2359 EST). 

All listed criteria must be within the reporting year (May 1, 2023 - April 30, 2024). 

The applicant must verify that the application is complete and all supporting documents are included.  Delegates will receive reimbursement for specific expenses up to $1,200 to attend the meeting.

  • The purpose of supporting documents is to provide evidence that you meet the criteria on the delegate point system checklist.

  • Supporting documents for the point system may include items like instructor cards, meeting sign-in sheets, meeting minutes with your name on the minutes as being in attendance, copies of emails or responses from a legislature, copies of a brochure that you were a presenter, copy of certifications, citation or journal article.

Please remember it is the applicant’s responsibility to ensure that the application is complete, with any and all supporting documents uploaded.
