Crossroads Emergency Conference 2025

 

The Indiana Emergency Medical Services Association and the Indiana Emergency Nurses Association are working together again to bring emergency-related education to Indiana’s emergency healthcare providers. This conference signifies the third year of this successful collaboration between Indiana’s emergency providers.

The conference is designed to accentuate the growing bond between EMS and emergency nursing.

The conference will be held from November 20-21, 2025, at the French Lick Springs Hotel at 8670 West State Road 56, French Lick, IN 47432.

Pre-Conference Offerings

Like last year, several pre-conference sessions will be available from November 18 to November 19, 2025, at various times. Registration is required, as additional fees may be incurred. All pre-conference sessions will include a lunch buffet. More information will be available soon.

Conference Schedule

Last year’s conference hosted over 55 speakers from 20 states and two countries. Attendees could choose from more than 60 individual educational sessions offering up to 14.25 nursing continuing professional development or EMS contact hours.

The conference will take place at the French Lick Springs Hotel at 8670 West State Road 56, French Lick, IN 47432.

Guest Room Reservations

The French Lick Springs Hotel has arranged special guest room pricing for this event. Room availability and special rates are limited, and rooms may run out by October 19, 2024.

  • Traditional 1 King Bed: $169.00 per night

    Additional housing arrangements and reservations can be made, modified, or canceled by individuals calling the Resort directly at 1-844-241-6361. The Group Code will be needed to receive the group rate(s).

  • A group code and password are required to make a reservation at the discounted rate. Register for the event to receive the group code and password. Once registered, you will receive the appropriate Group Code and Password.

  • Guest room rates are subject to applicable taxes, including 13% total Occupancy tax (includes 7% Indiana Sales tax; 4% Occupancy tax; 2% Historic Occupancy tax).

    Each reservation must be accompanied by a first-night room deposit OR guaranteed with a major credit card. The hotel will not hold reservations unless they are secured by one of these methods.
