The two Day Clinical Skills Training is offered for nurses interested in opportunities to gain hands-on experience in conducting adult/adolescent sexual assault medical-forensic examinations. Trainees are given the opportunity to apply information and skills obtained in the classroom in a realistic setting and through the use of live patient models. This course may help to meet the IAFN’s requirement of demonstrating competency through clinical preceptorship experiences.
