Indiana ENA General Assembly Delegate Application
Applications are available through May 31, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. EST (2359 EST).
All listed criteria must be within the reporting year (May 1, 2024 - April 30, 2025).
The applicant must verify that the application is complete and all supporting documents are included. Delegates will receive reimbursement for specific expenses up to $1,200 to attend the meeting.
The purpose of supporting documents is to provide evidence that you meet the criteria on the delegate point system checklist.
Supporting documents for the point system may include items like instructor cards, meeting sign-in sheets, meeting minutes with your name on the minutes as being in attendance, copies of emails or responses from a legislature, copies of a brochure that you were a presenter, copy of certifications, citation or journal article.
Please remember it is the applicant’s responsibility to ensure that the application is complete, with any and all supporting documents uploaded.
