Bowl for the Foundation Event
There are two ways you can pay for tickets to the Symposium.
- You can download the pamphlet here. Fill it out and send the pamphlet and your check to the address included in the pamphlet.
- You need to fill out the form here.
- When you finish filling out the form and send it off to us. You'll have the option to pay for the Symposium via Paypal.
- If you'd like to Bowl for the Foundation when on the Paypal page, hit continue shopping to come back to this page and add that option to your cart.
